Welcome to this week's episode!

This week, we will be discussing Season 3!

I was recording this season while going through one of the lowest points of my life. It was definitely hard trying to be present and ask people questions when I just wasn't there mentally at all. It was very hard to smile when I did not feel like smiling. This whole season was one big blur, and I probably will never listen back, but I will say that the guests this season were incredible. I'm so grateful to all of them for distracting me and for helping me through a very hard time, which I'm sure they weren't even aware of, the emotional support that they were giving me.

My favorite interview I have ever done is actually from this season, and I will tell you guys which one it is during this episode!
